David D’Or is a name that the music world is becoming more and more familiar with.
D'Or's ability to fascinate and stun with his remarkably flexible and powerful countertenor voice, while simultaneously conveying a down-to-earth feeling with his pleasingly frank demeanor, is a combination that sends audiences all over the world to their feet time after time.
Israel, in 2004, named David D'Or, "Singer of the Year" as well as bestowing upon him the award for "Best Vocal Performer". David performs yearly at the Vatican in Rome, and tours with Zubin Mehta and the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra.
2006 - A new CD - "Like The Wind" became a great success internationally, followed by a new light and sound spectacle show.
2006 - David composed a symphony of 10 chapters HALLELU - with David Eaton, conductor of the New York Symphony Orchestra, for orchestra, choir and soloists.
David D'Or was specially selected and invited by the king of Thailand to perform in his 60'st celebration, to take place on Dec. 12, 2006.
